Job Description
1) Bidding
a. Financial Modelling b. Analysis of viability of projects
c. Calculation of IRR and carrying out sensitivity analysis
2) Pre Financial Closure and Banking or re-financing
a) Raising debt/equity, Financial Closure .Liaison with banks
b) Disbursement requests, Preparation of PIM, Up dation of PIM
c) Forecasting future interests
d) Budget/Financial Planning
e) Liaison with regulatory authorities for sanctions & approval
3) Post Financial Closure
a. Reviewing loan agreement
b. Investments/divestments
c. Prepare, Monitor and ensure cash flows, fund flows, profitability statements, IRRs, payback periods, DSCR’s, projected profitability and other financial parameters / reports to analyze inflow / outflow of funds and profits/surplus resulting thereof.
d. Conducting project audits / reviews for evaluating project progress & taking adequate corrective measures if required.
e. Compiling and preparing cost and performance reports as per cost accounting records rule (CARR), cost benefit analysis and critical analysis of cost reports; recommending necessary corrective actions.
Desired Profile: CA having Experience 10-15 years of extensive experience in Construction / Infrastructure / Power Sector.
