Job Description: The candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized institution. HR professional / Hospitality graduates will be preferred. Aged between 25-30 years. Good interpersonal skills. Fluent in English with conversing fluency in Mine and Kannada.
(a) Responsible for toll collection at the Plaza during allotted shift.
(b) Ensure that, all lanes are fully operational during tenure of duty.
(c) Control deployment of toll collecting staff as per traffic volume.
(d) Shift scheduling and weekly holiday.
(e) Arrange equitable turn over of shift staff among shifts and festival holidays.
(f) Prepare leave plan and leave relief schedule for approval.
(g) Interact with Manager (IT) and technical staff for ensuring 98% up time for toll collection hardware & software.
