We are looking for fresh MSc and BSc graduates and also chemists with 2 to 10 years experience.

Candidate should be graduate/post graduate with at least 5 years experience in accounts & taxation, having thorough knowledge of tally, MS office, excel etc.

Candidate should be a graduate having thorough knowledge of handling administrative work and knowledge of excise matter preferred.

MANAGER (PROJECTS)

The candidate shall be based at Baroda and should have worked in the Accounts & Finance Department of a fairly large manufacturing company.

He should have overall experience of at least 5 years in the Accounts & Finance deptt and should have experience of at least 1-2 yrs in making Project Reports independently, Getting project report appraised from Banks or Financial Institutions etc. The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with good analytical skills. Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.

G.M. (FINANCE & ACCOUNTS)

The candidate shall be based at Baroda and should have worked in the Accounts & Finance Department of a large manufacturing company.

He should have overall experience of at least 12-15 yrs in the Accounts & Finance deptt handling General Accounting, Banking, Working Capital, Budgets & Variance Analysis, Taxation Matters, MIS Reports, Liaisoning with Authorities etc.

The candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with good analytical skills. Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.

REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL

G. M. (INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS)

The candidate shall be based at Baroda and should have worked in the H.R./ I.R. Department of a fairly large manufacturing company. He should have overall experience of at least 12-15 yrs in the IR deptt handling entire gamut of Plant HR, IR & Admin Activities. The deserving candidate should be a good negotiator and should have good Administrative skills and should have knowledge of Rules, Regulations, Procedures and application thereof.

He should have hands-on experience of dealing with Labour and should have shop floor level experience. The person should have Knowledge of Labour Laws and Laisoning with authorities ,and knowledge of Contract Labour Management. The person should have good communication, counseling and influencing skills. Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
