Job Description:
The candidate must be a Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with 5-10 yrs of Exp in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Estimation, Project budgeting of highways & Structures. Preparation, coordination, monitoring of prc.ect schedules of construction activities. Billing, Reconciliation of materials at regular intervals.
Preparation of interim payment certificates, certifying sub-Contractor’s Bills. Preparation of DPR, MPR, WPR & QPR. Preparation of weekly & monthly progress reports. Compare quotations received and prepare comparison statement of materials, rate analysis, contract conditions. Preparation of Contracts and Claims, Proposals for variation orders.
