TANCEM, having an annual turnover of over Rs.250 crores with four Production Units invites applications from candidates for the following post :
Dy. Manager (Personnel & Administration)-One General Turn
Educational Qualifications: M.A.(Sociology) (or) Master of Social Work (or) MBA (Optional subject-(HR) (or) Post Graduates Possessing DIAL/ P.G.Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management awarded by the Recognized Universities/ Institutions.
Experience: A Minimum of 10 years experience in Personnels Admn. Dept.,outofwhich5 years in the level of Asst. Manager cadre
Age Limit: 40 years as on 1-10-2009
Pay Scale: Rs.15600-39100 (PB-3)+ Grade Pay of Rs.6600/-
In addition to Basic pay, other allowances /perks like H.R.A., D.A., contributory Provident Fund, Medical Reimbursement for self and dependent family members, encashment of Earned Leave, L.T.C., etc., as per the norms of the Corporation.
Selected candidate will be posted in any Unit of TANCEM.
