Wanted General Manager (Industrial Relations)
REQUIRED FOR THE FOLLOWING PROFESSIONAL
G. M. (INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS)
The candidate shall be based at Baroda and should have worked in the H.R./ I.R. Department of a fairly large manufacturing company. He should have overall experience of at least 12-15 yrs in the IR deptt handling entire gamut of Plant HR, IR & Admin Activities. The deserving candidate should be a good negotiator and should have good Administrative skills and should have knowledge of Rules, Regulations, Procedures and application thereof.
He should have hands-on experience of dealing with Labour and should have shop floor level experience. The person should have Knowledge of Labour Laws and Laisoning with authorities ,and knowledge of Contract Labour Management. The person should have good communication, counseling and influencing skills. Salary would not be a constraint for the right candidate.
